CSR is a fundamental part of how we operate at KCI and our core values of Honesty and Integrity, Quality, Accountability and Leadership are at the centre of our CSR strategy.

The CSR strategic objectives are split into four key areas, Community Investment, Environmental Management, Workplace and CSR Communication. Through these areas we are committed to the following:

    • Improving our environmental performance via a national programme of recycling and ensuring that all our national offices meet with the highest possible energy ratings.

    • Working with our suppliers to ensure that, where possible, we procure sustainable good and services.

    • Reducing our carbon footprint through a wide range of measures including the adoption of online video conferencing.

    • Providing a supportive and nurturing environment for all our employees through a range of initiatives including an employee assistance programme, intra-office sports teams and discounted corporate gym membership.
